Theory/ Key words: permeable, circulation, choreographed
This week we had to create 6 variations of the 3D cross, adjusting its legs' proportions to create a great 'pedestrian circulation' area for our finished architecture. I made some of them on SketchUp, but rendered one of them on Lumion, using the UNSW lower campus as the context. I feel that the soft sunlight (albeit noontime) captures the shadows of the structure and others around it in a way to emphasise the motif of squared/straight-edged and 'leveled' geometry of my structure.
